Responsibilities
  1. Performs a wide variety of laboratory procedures using manual and automated methods.
  2. Demonstrates independent judgment in performing and reporting results.
  3. Participates actively in the laboratory's quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with 26 science credits, or Military Training as a Medical Laboratory Specialist - Laboratory Technician. Relevant experience may substitute for degree.
  2. Experience: 1 year in relevant laboratory section (preferred).
  3. Certifications: ASCP certification preferred.
