You will maintain instruments, manage inventory, and assist with testing, reporting results, and safety protocols, with certification timelines aligned to federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or military medical laboratory training with active or prior certification.
• Preferred clinical laboratory experience.
• Basic computer literacy required; advanced skills preferred.
• National certification in line with federal and state regulations, with full certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, organize, and prioritize specimens for timely testing.
• Perform and report laboratory procedures accurately.
• Conduct quality control, proficiency testing, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Ensure correct patient identification to minimize errors and adverse outcomes.
• Assess results, draw conclusions, and document findings.
• Follow regulatory, competency, and safety protocols.
• Achieve assigned goals and perform additional duties as needed.
