The successful candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a CLIA-equivalent, be certified or eligible for ASCP/AMT/AAB within 18 months, and have hospital or clinical experience preferred. City of Hope values precision and teamwork.

Under the general supervision of the Director of the Laboratory, the Medical Laboratory Technician performs a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests on body fluids and substances, requiring independent judgment, with speed and accuracy. The efforts of the individual(s) in this position, in collaboration with other health care professionals, provide data for the most accurate diagnosis or individual treatment of diseases for optimum patient outcomes.
