We are seeking skilled laboratorians to join a busy, high-volume clinical laboratory across all shifts.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform waived and non-waived tests accurately and efficiently under supervision, ensuring compliance with CLIA '88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Assist with specimen collection, receipt, and processing, contributing to high-quality diagnostic results. Follow established policies, procedures, and professional standards in all functions.

Qualifications & Skills

Must have an associate or bachelor's degree in a laboratory science or medical technology, or equivalent training/experience meeting CLIA requirements. Certification maintenance is required in some states. Foreign candidates need credential evaluation. Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

MLT certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT), knowledge of specimen requirements, medical terminology, and prior phlebotomy and processing experience are advantageous.
