Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science with ASCP/NAACLS accreditation
• ASCP Categorical certification or equivalent credential preferred
• Two years' experience in a clinical laboratory (MLT level) may substitute for some requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs and reports analyses from multiple specimen sources.
• Maintains patient care standards and maximizes patient satisfaction.
• Ensures competency through required exams and ongoing education.
• Operates instruments, performs maintenance, and documents quality control.
• Replenishes reagents and supplies and follows established reporting procedures.
