Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/biological/clinical or medical laboratory science.
• Multiple ASCP/NC certifications listed as requirements.
• Experience with a range of laboratory testing and instrument maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and organize workload to meet staff needs.
• Perform routine and special testing; evaluate results and troubleshoot abnormal findings.
• Maintain quality control documentation and instrument maintenance records.
• Train new staff and act as in-charge technologist in supervisor's absence.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology
