Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with coursework aligned to Medical Laboratory discipline.
• Certification options include BB, C, CG, CT, M, MB or equivalent AAB/AMT.
• Six months of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge for lab functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex analytic procedures on blood and body fluids using manual techniques and modern instruments.
• Record and analyze data in laboratory information systems with accuracy and confidence.
• Apply technical expertise to keep laboratory functions running smoothly and reliably.
• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
