• Hawaii license as Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (generalist) or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Generalist duties across all lab departments: chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank.
• Perform phlebotomy as part of patient specimen collection.

This hospital is looking to add a permanent and full time Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Technician to their team ideally on evenings or nights but also with some day shift availability. This hospital is looking for a generalist to work in all laboratory departments including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank and will also perform phlebotomy!

For consideration, applicants either must have his or her BS or AS Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technicianand Hawaii License as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (generalist) or be eligible to obtain one.ASCPor AMT Certification required.
