Job summary

KA Recruiting Inc. seeks a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician in Hawaii for a full-time, generalist position across all departments including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank, with phlebotomy duties.

Preference for evenings or nights, some day shifts. Candidates must hold a BS/AS in MLS/MLT (or be eligible), Hawaii license as MT/MLT, and ASCP or AMT certification.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in MLS/MLT or eligible required.
• Hawaii license as MLT/MT or eligible.
• ASCP or AMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work as generalist in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank and phlebotomy.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary laboratory team to ensure quality results and turnaround times.

New Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Technician opening in Hawaii! This hospital is looking to add a permanent and full time Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Technician to their team ideally on evenings or nights but also with some day shift availability. This hospital is looking for a generalist to work in all laboratory departments including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank and will also perform phlebotomy!

For consideration, applicants either must have his or her BS or AS Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technicianand Hawaii License as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (generalist) or be eligible to obtain one.ASCPor AMT Certification required.
