• 2-year accredited MLT program plus MT/MLS or equivalent certification within 90 days and 4 years of clinical lab experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological field with 4 years' MLS/MT experience in a clinical lab.

Responsibilities

• Performs high‑complexity testing using GC‑MS and LC‑MS/MS instrumentation per procedures.
• Prepares and processes samples; verifies calibration, QC, and mass spectrometry results.
• Interprets chromatograms and mass spectra; documents results and ensures accuracy.
• Designs, optimizes and validates new analytical testing methods (LDT).
