Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in laboratory practice and serves as a technical resource.
• Proficient in general lab practice across Blood Bank, Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, and more.
• Participates in quality control, proficiency testing, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains records of testing, QC, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Instructs patients in proper collection procedures and participates in policy review and procedure updates.
