As a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Laboratory Technician, your duties include performing laboratory tests, interpreting results, documenting, and reporting results. You will also maintain department equipment, instruments, and tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Biology/Chemical Science
  • Associate's degree in Medical Technology

Certification/Licensure:

  • ASCP or AMT certification
  • Eligible for certification
