Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities: equipment checks, inventory, specimen collection and processing.
• Conduct post-analytical activities: report results and provide technical support.
• Complete tests and analytical procedures per SOPs.
• Participate in proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.
• May precept and train new staff; document accordingly.
• Support education to clinical staff and resolve customer service issues.
