Sentara Health is seeking a Medical Lab Tech for the Woodbridge, VA area. This full-time evening position runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, performing routine and complex laboratory testing with a focus on accurate reporting and quality control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemical Science, or a related field, and certification by ASCP, AMT, or AAB. The hospital emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $37.13 - $54.39 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
