Responsibilities

• Maintaining productivity and managing multiple work processes efficiently.
• Properly handling specimens, confirming identification, and using accessioning procedures.
• Recognizing discrepancies, resolving issues, and performing instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Replenishing supplies, following reporting protocols, and navigating multiple computer applications.
• Assisting in training new employees and participating in ongoing educational activities.
• Completing competency exams to ensure skill proficiency.
