Participants will follow a structured educational pathway, preparing them for certification and future roles as Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT). Job Overview: Students enrolled in Allied Health Science programs, or an equivalent program recognized by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) must complete specific education, clinical training, and experience to qualify for certification examinations. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with waived and moderate complexity testing as part of the required clinical training. Upon hiring, individuals commit to a structured educational and training pathway with a defined timeline for completion. Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible to apply for open Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT)/Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) positions at TriHealth Laboratory locations as Registry-Eligible. This role is designed to encourage professional development, certification attainment, and career progression within the laboratory field.
