American Oncology Network AON is seeking a Medical Lab Assistant to perform routine blood tests, phlebotomy, and QC tasks. The role requires adherence to testing policies, documentation, and instrument maintenance in a fast-paced multi-site lab environment.
The position is 2x/week (Tue/Thu) with additional duties as needed. Education of a high school diploma and at least two years of lab experience are required, along with strong attention to detail and computer skills.

Pay Range: $17.93 - $29.89
This Medical Lab Assistant position is 2x/week - on Tues/Thurs and then as needed.
Healthcare professionals responsible for laboratory testing, quality control, phlebotomy, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform manual and automated routine blood tests. Prepare specimens for microscope examination. Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges, hematology analyzers, and point of care analyzers.
Education: High School education, required
Previous Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in a lab setting, required
Laboratory instrumentation Certifications/Licenses: National lab certification preferred
