About the Job

The Golden & District Hospital is a Level 1 Community Hospital in the East Kootenay health service area. Located in Golden, BC, the hospital offers services including laboratory, inpatient, obstetrics, and emergency care.

Medical Laboratory Assistants perform duties such as collecting blood and specimen samples, preparing specimens for analysis, performing routine tests, distributing specimens, operating laboratory equipment, entering data into Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and performing clerical duties and ECG testing as required.

This is a Project Full-Time (1.00 FTE) position available until July 1, 2026.
