Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is recruiting a Medical Lab Technologist for our Physician Owned Lab in Carmel, Indiana. The role involves performing comprehensive hematologic, immunologic, and chemical analyses and supporting Axia’s full service laboratory for patient care.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, ASCP MLT certification, and a minimum of 1 year related experience. We offer full-time benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology completed.
• ASCP (MLT) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs hematologic, immunologic, and chemical analyses according to quality control standards.
• Operates, calibrates, and maintains laboratory instrumentation.
• Documents quality control, quality improvement, and preventive maintenance.
