Work Schedule:
This is a part-time, FTE 0.50 position. The schedule includes every Saturday and Sunday, from 7:30am until close (approximately 6pm). Hours may vary based on department needs.

We are seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Weekender to:
Education:
Minimum – Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, or education and training equivalent to an associate degree including 60 semester hours with either:
• 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses, or
• 24 semester hours of science courses.
Preferred – Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related sciences (chemical, physical, or biological).
Work Experience:
Minimum – Relevant experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or in a laboratory setting.
Preferred – One year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency.
Preferred – Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent.
