Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, Kentucky is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples, maintain accurate lab records, and follow quality control practices. Position Summary:

Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. Maintains laboratory records. Follows laboratory policies and procedures, as well as maintains quality control practices in the laboratory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Science required.
• License: /Certifications: MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.
• Laboratory experience preferred.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
