Job summary

Spring View Hospital in Kentucky is seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) on a PRN basis to support diagnostic testing across the laboratory.

You will maintain records, follow quality control procedures, and work with a team using state-of-the-art laboratory technology.

Eligibility requires Associate's Degree in Science, and MLT certification preferred; English communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Science required.
• License: MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.
• Laboratory experience preferred.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• English communication skills required, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians.
• Maintains laboratory records.
• Follows laboratory policies and procedures and maintains quality control.
