Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to perform phlebotomy and support comprehensive lab services. The role requires Montana CLS licensure or ASCP-equivalent certification, with preference for clinical lab experience and adherence to OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining lab instruments, preparing specimens, and ensuring accurate documentation, while meeting CLIA requirements.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and specimen handling across age groups per OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and process specimens for analysis.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain clinical laboratory instruments.
• Prepare samples and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
• Comply with CLIA and OSHA standards and safety protocols.
