• Schedule: Full-Time Evenings, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000***

Job Description

The Medical Lab Technician I/II is responsible for providing accurate, reliable laboratory testing within the clinical laboratory, performing routine and complex analyses under supervision, and ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care, foster teamwork, support diversity and inclusion, and maintain a safe environment following "First Do No Harm" principles.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in laboratory science, medical technology, or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year for MLT I; 5 years for MLT II, with leadership or quality management preferred.
• Licensure: Certification with ASCP, NCA, AMT, or CSMLS is preferred.
