Lifepoint Health is hiring a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY. This full-time, mid-shift position involves performing diagnostic tests and maintaining quality control in the laboratory.

Ideal candidates hold an A.S. in Science, MLT certification preferred, with English communication skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. Maintains laboratory records. Follows laboratory policies and procedures, as well as maintains quality control practices in the laboratory.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Science required.


• License: /Certifications: MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.


• Laboratory experience preferred.


• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.


• Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
