Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen processing and manual test order entry.
• Verify laboratory test requisition entry and resolve order issues.
• Provide customer service, answer inquiries and resolve specimen problems.
• Participate in quality control and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Support inventory control and ongoing professional development.
