Job Opportunity: Medical Laboratory Technician

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus with a 2-year commitment!

Responsibilities

1. Perform common testing procedures and report test results.
2. Maintain instruments and troubleshoot issues.
3. Conduct quality control testing.
4. Maintain supplies necessary for testing.
5. Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits; report and document results according to organizational standards.
6. Collect samples and analyze bodily fluids and substances for abnormalities, including blood collection and blood sample studies for transfusions.

Minimum Education

Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in Applied Science or Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited college is required.

Required Skills

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Certifications: MLT ASCP, AMT, or NCA certification preferred.
