UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our clinical laboratory team. You’ll perform routine and designated tests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards while supporting patient care through timely results.

Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology and MLT certification are required upon hire; no prior experience is necessary. Training is provided to help you grow within a collaborative, safety‑focused environment.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology from an AMA approved program.
• MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) required upon hire.
• No experience required; entry-level acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a wide variety of routine laboratory tests within competency.
• Conduct waived and moderate complexity testing and verify results.
• Maintain quality control and assist with QA tasks.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and LIS systems.
• Assist in procurement and follow safety policies.
