Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and distribute clinical laboratory specimens.
• Verify patient information, accession specimens into the LIS, and prepare samples for testing.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, reagents, and equipment.
• Follow procedures for specimen handling, storage, and disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory area.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers to ensure timely processing.
