Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to analyze and report tests ordered by Medical Staff, ensuring timely results and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological or chemical science required.
• Must be trained in clinical laboratory science as evaluated by the Director.

Responsibilities

• Perform cytogenetic testing per established protocols.
• Generate and report results to support diagnoses and prognoses.
• Ensure accurate and timely result reporting, including critical results communication.
• Exercise independent judgment to correlate and interpret data.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments with proper documentation.
• Complete QC and maintenance with variance recognition and corrective actions.
