Job summary

Tower Health's Reading Hospital Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our CAP-accredited team. You will obtain specimens, perform standardized clinical tests, interpret results, and ensure data accuracy while meeting deadlines.

The role requires strong computer and communication skills, multitasking, and readiness to work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• Clinical Laboratory Science experience required; Blood Bank experience preferred
• ASCP or AMT eligible

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science - OR - Bachelor's in some other field of study AND completion of a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science program - OR - MT-HEW certification will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• Clinical Laboratory Science Experience Required
• Blood Bank Experience Preferred
