Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Florida license as Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expertise and performs technical, specimen collection/processing and clerical functions in lab areas.
• Maintains records of performance per SOP manuals and supervises MLTs as General Supervisor when needed.
• May instruct new employees and students; operates under supervision by Director and Section Supervisors.
