Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science meeting CLIA/state requirements.
• 8–10 years of clinical laboratory testing experience in a hospital/clinical setting.
• Blood Bank experience required with antibody identification and antigen typing.
• Ability to perform routine and complex testing accurately and efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and independent work abilities.

Responsabilités

• Determine specimen acceptability for testing per procedures.
• Perform routine and complex testing across core lab functions (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation).
• Perform Blood Bank testing including antibody identification and antigen typing.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain quality control and report accurate results to support patient care.
• Prepare and evaluate reagents and calibration materials; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements; ensure a safe lab environment.
