Job summary

Qualifications

• Independently performs qualitative, quantitative clinical laboratory testing and quality control across all sections of the laboratory.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Requires ASCP, NCA or equivalent certification; laboratory computer knowledge preferred; lab duties experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative clinical laboratory testing and quality control across all sections of the laboratory (microbiology, chemistry, hematology, blood bank, phlebotomy/urinalysis).
• Adhere to established policies, procedures and standards; work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
