Job summary

Harba Solutions Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and complex testing, determine specimen acceptability, and operate instrumentation per SOPs.

You will prepare and evaluate reagents, document results, and maintain quality control to support accurate patient care. Candidates should have a biology/chemistry/clinical laboratory science background, 0–2 years in a clinical lab, and be able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, CLS/MT or meet CLIA/State requirements
• 0–2 years clinical laboratory testing experience
• State Medical Technologist license may be required depending on placement
• ASCP or AMT certification may be required depending on placement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory (CLIA and State) requirements
• 0 to 2 years of clinical laboratory testing experience required
• State Medical Technologist license may be required depending on placement
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred or required depending on placement
• Ability to work independently and within a team, proficient with computers, familiarity with laboratory information systems a plus
• High attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts based on business needs
