Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Certified Medical Technologist in Lebanon, TN. The role requires proficiency in medical technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
Nights: 6:30 p‑7:00 a. Requires a working understanding of medical technology and ability to recognize problems. Must have good communication skills, work well under high stress, and possess knowledge, training, experience, and competence in caring for patients across all age groups (neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics). The role includes specimen collection, high‑complexity specialty management, and assistance to technologists and the Administrative Laboratory Director.
Executes duties with an understanding of how output impacts related areas. Solves moderately complex problems using technical experience and judgment. Provides informal guidance and support to team members.
Certified Medical Technologist (ACLS) – American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
Relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Less than 1 year.
Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program (required).
