Key Requirements

• ASCP MLS or ASCP-BB Certification is required. Note: MLT certification will not be accepted for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) experience in a hospital clinical laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in Blood Bank procedures, including but not limited to:
• ABO/Rh/Antibody Screen & ID
• AHG Crossmatch
• Antibody Typing: Tube Method
