Job summary

Labcorp in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to support daily specimen pickups, deliveries, and lab supply transport. You will load items, operate the company vehicle, and maintain safety and accuracy on routes.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months as a courier; you should be punctual, detail-oriented, and client-focused. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required; Labcorp provides comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary suppliers for the daily pickups.

• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.

LabCorp seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Tulsa, OK.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Job Responsibilities

• Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick-up schedule in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of experience as a courier

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more of driver/courier experience
• 1 year or more of Customer service experience

Additional Job Standards

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years' old
• Very punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.

Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.
