Mass General Brigham is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant for Newton-Wellesley Hospital. This per diem position involves clerical and technical duties, including patient registration and specimen handling. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and good communication skills, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Medical Laboratory Assistant performs a variety of clerical and technical duties under general supervision. This position reports to the Lab Central Processing Supervisor. Responsibilities include patient registration, ordering tests, centrifugation and decanting of patient specimens, and timely communication with laboratory and clinical staff. Hours: Per-Diem/Rotating Shifts.
