Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interpretation is required.
• 3–5 years of interpreting experience.
• Fluency in English and a secondary language, written and spoken.
• Experience training medical terminology and interpreting skills.
• Knowledge of culture-specific care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to other on-staff interpreters, in classrooms and on-site.
• Assess training needs, design workshops, and deliver approved programs.
• Create lesson plans, materials, and assessment strategies.
• Develop and facilitate training classes to meet staff needs.
