Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational certificate in Electronic Service or related field.
• Minimum one year of medical technology field service experience with medical devices and systems, or minimum two years in technology field service.

Responsibilities

• Builds effective relationships by sharing resources and knowledge with coworkers and members, listening, seeking feedback, and adapting to change.
• Completes work by applying up-to-date knowledge, following procedures, meeting deadlines, and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintains documentation in the maintenance management system and keeps records of actions, standards, and inventories with limited oversight.
• Performs ongoing preventive maintenance and routine tests on medical equipment and software, with some direction, and supports scheduled maintenance.
