This position is located within the Sleep Disorders Laboratory at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston, Texas.
Base pay: $63,808 - $82,956 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.
Week 1: Mon-Thu, 8:00 pm - 6:00 am. Week 2: Wed-Sun, 8:00 pm - 6:00 am.
High school diploma or equivalent. GS-8 level requires 1 year of specialized experience demonstrating knowledge of sleep disorders and ability to interpret polysomnographic data. Preferred experience includes 3+ years in sleep labs and familiarity with VA systems.
Typical physical requirements include standing, lifting, and wearing PPE. Work is performed in a clinical setting with standard safety precautions.
