What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries via various communication channels
- Process fulfillments and provide clinical trial information, including after-hours on-call support
- Analyze inquiries to formulate accurate and concise responses using approved resources
- Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints following established guidelines
- Maintain detailed knowledge of project and corporate policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience with relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Active RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) equivalency
- Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information
