Job summary

GSK is seeking a Medical Information Manager to ensure MI content is scientifically balanced, up to date, and meets the needs of clinicians and payers in the United States. You will sign off on promotional material, maintain payer-ready resources, and partner with Medical Affairs across geographies to support launch readiness and disease areas.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D, PhD or equivalent required.
• 2+ years post-graduate clinical/pharma industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience clinical literature evaluation.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Creating, updating and reviewing medical information content to ensure complex scientific content is summarized in a concise, simple and balanced manner using the highest level of evidence.
• Primary Medical sign off for the review of promotional materials to ensure compliance with SOPs and standards.
• Planning and maintaining a robust MI database including launch readiness plans with stakeholders.
• Maintain deep scientific and therapeutic expertise on assigned products and MI requirements across geographies.
• Creating and updating US medical information payer content in collaboration with US Medical Affairs Leader, US Health Outcomes, Legal.
• Collaborating with Internal Medical Affairs to localise topic-specific presentations for HCPs, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Contributing to Therapeutic Area cross-functional teams to discuss strategic priorities and ensure resources are available.
• Impart product and disease training to US medical/sales teams and Global MI staff as needed.
• Active participation in MI Workstreams to develop best practices and continuous improvement.
