Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field with strong domain knowledge in medical imaging or healthcare data.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a data scientist in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging standards/formats and data management tools for imaging.
• Proficiency in Python and data storage systems; familiarity with labeling platforms for annotation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML models and algorithms for imaging data to support clinical decisions.
• Build and evaluate models, perform statistical analyses, and extract insights from imaging data.
• Gather, process, and ensure quality and reliability of raw data from multiple sources; address data drift.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data science projects and communicate findings.
• Validate models via statistical tests and cross-validation; document data sources and model parameters.
