Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Recognize changes in patient status and escalate to the care team as needed.
• Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to advance nursing practice and patient care.
