Job description

Weekend Shift


Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with additional weekday hours (12 or two 8-hour shifts)
Starting pay: $18.00/hour + 10% shift differential


About the role:

Our Medical Graft Technicians transform the donor gift of skin tissue. In this area, technicians will produce lifesaving grafts in a sterile environment using automated machines and hand tools. Grafts are processed and sent to medical facilities in the U.S. and worldwide for transplant use.
Medical Graft Technicians in our Kettering location work in the following areas: Traditional, Cellular, CNC, Dental, and Birth Tissue.

Minimum Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Work Environment and Physical Activities:



  • Requires the ability to work with living and cadaveric tissue/bone.

  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit high attention to detail and precision in performing tasks and maintaining documentation

  • Ability to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions.

  • Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding. Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.

  • Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
