As we continue to expand our service offerings, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as NITC ASSE 6040 Maintenance Technicians.

Position Summary

This is a trainee-to-technician opportunity with a structured one-year training program designed to prepare candidates for the NITC ASSE 6040 certification exam. No prior experience is required—only a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality and safety. You will work under the guidance of certified professionals and gain hands-on experience in the maintenance, inspection, and compliance of medical gas systems in clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the scheduled maintenance and inspection of medical gas pipeline systems
• Learn and adhere to NFPA 99 codes and ASSE 6040 standards
• Document service activities, reports, and inspection results with precision
• Support compliance audits and quality control processes
• Participate in classroom and field training to meet certification requirements
• Travel to healthcare facilities as required (company vehicle and travel expenses provided)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be insurable (no DUI convictions)
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a physically active environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Commitment to patient and facility safety
• Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours as projects require

Training & Certification Pathway

• 1-Year Structured Training Program (paid)
• Upon completion, candidates will be eligible to sit for the NITC ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems Maintenance Personnel certification exam
• Continuous support and mentorship from certified technicians
