Pay Range: $14.00/hr - $16.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Position Overview

We are looking to add a Seasonal Front Office Specialist to our team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with children. We offer flexible schedules, educational opportunities, and training.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass criminal background check
  • American Heart Association BLS certification prior to start
  • Enjoy working with children
Benefits
  • Salary: $14-$16/hour depending on experience
  • Time and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas) and shorter holiday hours

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to children and parents
  • Greet patients and verify insurance benefits
  • Input data into EMR system
  • Collect co-payments and balances
  • Answer and manage phone calls
  • Conduct end-of-day balancing
Schedule & Hours
  • 12, 10, and 8-hour shifts
  • Rotating weekends
  • Clinic hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 am – 8:30 pm; Sat–Sun 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Potential travel to other clinics as needed
