Medical Front Office Specialist - Casa View

Join us as a Medical Front Office Specialist - Casa View at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care.

Position Details

Location: 2330 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas, TX 75228

Status: Seasonal; Full Time

We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working with children. Our front office roles offer flexible schedules, education, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass criminal background check
• Enjoy working with children
• American Heart Association BLS certification prior to start date

Benefits

• Salary: $14 - $16 depending on experience
• Holiday pay (time and a half on holidays, shorter hours on Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide excellent healthcare support and customer service
• Greet patients and verify insurance benefits
• Input data into EMR and manage payments
• Answer phones and conduct end-of-day balancing

Schedule

• 12, 10, and 8-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 8:30 pm; Sat-Sun 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Travel to other clinics as needed
